Positor collects the following data to provide our services: • Account Information: Name and email address (if you sign in with Apple/Google) • Search Data: Keywords and websites you track • Ranking Data: Position data from Google search results • Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version (for crash reporting) • Subscription Information: Purchase status (processed via RevenueCat) Data we do NOT collect: • Microphone or camera access • Contacts or calendar • Health data • Financial information (payments are processed through App Store)

We use your information only for the following purposes: • Track your keyword positions in Google search results • Analyze and report SERP changes • Store your ranking history and show trends • Personalize experience based on your preferences • Send ranking change notifications (with your permission) • Improve app performance and fix bugs • Provide customer support We never sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data: • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL • We use Supabase (SOC 2 certified) for cloud storage • Crash reports are processed by Firebase Crashlytics (no personal data included) • Subscription data is securely processed by RevenueCat • SERP data is fetched via Serper.dev API Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

We use the following third-party services in our app: • Supabase: User authentication and data storage • RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing • Firebase Crashlytics: App crash reports (anonymized) • Serper.dev: Google SERP data collection Each service is subject to its own privacy policy and takes necessary measures to protect your data.

Positor may request the following permissions: • Notifications: For ranking change alerts and daily reports • Internet: For data sync and SERP data collection You can change all permissions at any time in your device settings.

Positor does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notification or email. You can find the update date at the top of this page.
