By downloading, installing, or using Positor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. These terms are effective from the moment you use the app and remain in effect until you delete your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Positor for personal and commercial purposes. Under this license: • You may use the app for SEO and SERP tracking • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code • You may not use the app for illegal purposes • You may not abuse API access

Positor provides ranking data derived from Google search results. • Ranking data is collected via third-party SERP APIs • Data is provided for informational purposes • Differences from real-time Google results may occur While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of ranking data. Positor cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of this data.

Positor Pro subscription provides access to premium features. • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled • Cancellation does not affect access until the end of the current period • Refund requests are subject to the respective store policies • Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription Prices may vary by region and changes will be notified in advance.

The following uses are strictly prohibited: • Using the app for illegal activities • Using the API in a way that creates excessive load • Spreading spam or malware • Compromising app security • Creating fake accounts • Automated scraping or bot usage • Harassing or disturbing other users

Positor and all its content (design, graphics, logos, text) are protected by intellectual property rights. • The Positor brand and logo are registered trademarks • App design and user interface are copyrighted • Our custom content may not be used without permission

Positor is provided "as is" and "as available." • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation • We are not responsible for internet connection quality for online features • SERP data accuracy depends on third-party APIs • We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can delete your account at any time: • Use the "Delete Account" option in app settings • Request via support@positor.app Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Service. For significant changes: • We will send an in-app notification • We will publish updated terms on our website • We will indicate the update date on this page Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts. Your consumer rights are reserved, and local laws may grant you additional rights.
